Noone : Maybe the last

Here is the birth of a new hero embodied by the latest EP release: «Maybe the Last». Like an evil Astro Boy, Noone delivers a different and surprising part of himself which moves away from the usually playful and voluntarily artless side of his productions. It is with contained excitement that the EP opens on the very suggestive «Fuck the World», with inflated kicks, roaring machines and sinking bass also announcing the dark «Dead», with its distorted breaks and its catchy melody. On «Boring little boy», Noone offers up his voice, full and dark on a massive and sharp track. Only «Big Brother» makes a subtle reference towards his previous productions with a typical Noone-like melody! «Carnage» expresses his fury thanks to the sharp lyrics of K1000 for an acrobatic collaboration mixing hip-hop and dubstep. A rich evolution which confirms the genius of Noone and does not confine him to a style but as a real artist divers ideas and influences. An artist who moves, changes identity, experiments, thinks, works, performs and asserts himself like a great Marvel hero. We just hope that its not his last opus as this provocative title suggests!
